ONLINE PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Our online payment policy is designed to ensure the security and privacy of both our customers and our business. Please take a moment to read through our policy before making any payment.

Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:

All payment transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Refund for Charge Back Transaction: In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall within 12 hours from the time of successful transaction, approach us with his/ her claim details. Such refund (if any) after due scrutiny shall be affected by us via payment gateway or any other means as the Company deems appropriate.

  • 1) Debit Card (Visa, Master, Rupay, Maestro, etc.) Below 2000 Rs. 0.40% per Transaction

  • 2) Debit card (Visa, Master, Rupay, Maestro, etc.) Above 2000 Rs. 0.75% per transaction

  • 3) Credit Card (Visa, Master, Rupay, Maestro, etc.) 1.40 % per transaction

  • 4) Net Banking (HDFC) Rs. 50 per transaction

  • 5) Net Banking (Other Banks) INR 25 per transaction

  • 6) UPI 0.0 Per transaction

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure using credit cards/debit cards and/or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process.
